| 摘 要： | 把层次分析法和灰色关联分析有机结合,对住宅工程项目质量的多个影响因素进行定性分析,建立了住宅工程项目质量因素层次结构.然后,应用灰色关联理论进行定量计算分析,综合评价了住宅工程项目的质量,得到了较为科学的综合评价结论. |

| Abstract: | The factors influencing the quality of a residential project were qualitatively analysed in terms of both the analytic hierarchy process and the Gray relational analysis approach.Hierarchy structure of the residential project quality was established.The quality of the residential project was comprehensively appraised by means of the gray relational analysis approach,so a scientific conclusion was drawn. |
