洋麻秆刨花板的实验室研究(Ⅰ)--板坯结构对板性的影响

摘    要:采用异氰酸酯(MDI,3%)试制了单层(密度:0.55、0.70、0.85g/cm~3)和三层洋麻秆刨花板(密度:0.85g/cm~3;表芯比:3:7、1:1、2:1),分别根据ASTM D1037和ANSI A208.1标准测试和评价了板的性能。结果表明:三层结构优化了板子的端面密度分布,增强了板子的综合性能;采用1:1的表芯比,洋麻秆刨花板的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:Single-and three-layer kenaf stalk particleboards, i. e. KPB1 and KPB3, were made in laboratory with 3% MDI. Densities for KPB1 were 0.55, 0.70 and 0.85g/cm~3, and 0.85g/cm~3 for KPB3. Three surface-to-core ratios for KPB3 were set as 3:7, 1:1, and 2:1, respectively. Tests were conducted according to ASTM D1037 and ANSI A208.1 standards. It was shown that three-layer construction optimized the vertical density profile(VDP)and hence reinforced the physic-hygroscopic properties of KPB3. A surface-to-core ratio of 1:1 was proved best for KPB3.
