用科学的发展观指导期刊栏目的策划与创新--以《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》为例

《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》在传播、交流农林教育教学理论研究及实践成果方面起到了积极的推动作用。但随着高等农林教育的改革与发展以及期刊界日趋激烈的竞争,《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》还需运用科学发展观不断开拓创新,为农林教育版栏目确定新的方向:即深刻把握农林教育的内涵,《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》不仅要为高校的农林教育教学服务,还应服务于国家经济社会发展大局,为农村经济发展发挥重要作用;要用以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观进行栏目策划,全面提升刊物质量,实现刊物的可持续发展。

The innovation of column design with the guidance of scientific development concept with journal of Agricultural University of Hebei (Agriculture and Forestry Education) as an example

This paper aims to point out the positive effect of Journal Of Agricultural University of Hebei (Agriculture and Forestry Education) in transmitting and exchanging the advanced research achievements on Agriculture and forestry education, and it focuses on the necessity of innovation of column design with the guidance of Scientific Development Concept, especially on such a competitive condition in journal industry. Namely, on the basis of understanding and realizing the essence of Agriculture and forestry education, not only should this journal make contribution for the development of the agriculture and forestry education of colleges and universities, but also shoulder the responsibility of serve the development of national economy, and play a vital role in rural economy development. This journal should improve the column design with the guidance of Scientific Development Concept, and promote the quality comprehensively, in order to achieve the sustainable development of the journal.
