铝胁迫对决明属种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以3种决明属植物(草决明、望江南、伞房决明)为材料,采用(Al2(SO4)3·18H2O)分析纯,设置5种不同铝浓度进行胁迫处理,以探究铝胁迫对3种决明属种子萌发及幼苗生长过程的影响。结果表明,铝胁迫对3种决明属种子的萌发有显著影响,随着铝浓度的增大,3种决明属种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数、相对苗长、相对根长和相对鲜重都受到抑制,并且随着铝浓度的加剧,各指标差异越显著,抑制作用越强。各指标下3种决明属种子的耐铝能力各异,草决明发芽迅速,发芽率较大,相对发芽率和相对发芽指数随铝浓度的增加降幅较大,差异较显著;望江南发芽率低,发芽较慢,相对苗长和相对苗重与其他2种种子表现出显著性差异,其相对苗重、相对根长、相对苗长的降幅较低;伞房决明的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数的降幅较低。通过隶属函数法综合评价认为,3种决明属种子的耐铝胁迫的能力排序为草决明望江南伞房决明。

Abstract:Using three Cassia species (C.obtusifolia,C.occidentalis,and C.corymbosa),the effect of aluminum on the growth and development ofAlniphyllum speciosa (Cassia obtuse) was invesgated.The result showed that aluminum stress had a significant effect on seed germination of three Cassia speceis.With the increase of aluminum concentration,the relative germination rate,relative germination power,relative germination index,relative vigor index,root length,relative root length and relative fresh weight were all inhibited.The higher the A1,the stronger the inhibition effect.The species showed different abilities in aluminum resistance.C.obtusifolia germinated fast with a relatively high germination rate and its relative germination rate and relative germination index suffered obvious dif ference when concentration of aluminum was increased;while C.occidentalis germinated slowly with a relatively low germination rate and its relative weight,root length,and body length decreased slowly compared with other two speceis when the concentration of aluminum was increased.The relative germination rate,germination potential,germination index and relative vigor index of C.corymbosa had a less decrease.According to the comprehensive evaluation by the membership function method,the ability ofAlnus cremastogyne seeds to resist A1 stress was determined as C.obtusifolia>C.occidentalis>C.occidentalis.
