甘蓝型油菜种质资源的聚类分析

摘    要:杂交育种是油菜育种的主要方法之一。为研究甘蓝型油菜种质资源的遗传多样性,以提高甘蓝型油菜种质资源的利用效率,采用近红外光谱法(NIRS)测试了208份甘蓝型油菜种质资源的12个品质性状,方差分析结果表明各性状均达到极显著差异;通过聚类分析的类平均法在聚类阈值λ=4.86处将208份资源划分为6大类,其中第1大类包含170份资源,在聚类阈值λ=3.70处第1大类比较明显的分为4个亚类;通过聚类分析的离差平方和法在聚类阈值λ=27.00处参试资源比较明显的分为7大类。综合2种聚类分析结果最终将208份资源分为13个类群。

Abstract:Hybridization is one of the main methods for rapeseed breeding in China.In order to study the genetic diversity of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) germplasm resources to improve their utilization efficiency,12 quality traits of 208 cultivars were tested by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS).The results showed that all the tested traits were significantly different in variance analysis.The 208 cultivars were divided into 6 groups at clustering threshold λ =4.86 by cluster analysis using unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means (UPGMA),in which the first group including 170 cultivars was obviously divided into 4 subgroups at clustering threshold λ =3.7.Using cluster analysis with sum square of deviation method,all the tested cultivars were quite clearly divided into 7 groups at clustering threshold λ =27.00.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the two clustering results,the 208 cultivars could be ultimately divided into 13 groups.
