斯氏线虫对麦叶蜂的时间-剂量-死亡率模型分析

摘    要:在小规模敏感性试验基础上进行了斯氏线虫对麦叶蜂5龄幼虫的室内毒力测定,并利用时间-剂量-死亡率分析技术对生测数据进行处理。结果表明,48 h斯氏线虫All品系的LD50为600线虫/虫;在4 500、2 250、1 130、560、280、140线虫/虫6个剂量处理中斯氏线虫的LT50分别为36,40,44,48,51,54 h。与传统机率分析技术相比,时间-剂量-死亡率分析同时考虑时间效应与剂量效应,适于评价昆虫病原线虫毒力。

Abstract:On the basis of a small-scale sensitivity text,the bioassay of indoor virulence of Steinernema carpocapsae to Dolerus tritici was carried out,and the data were processed with time-dose-mortality(TDM) model.The results showed that the LD50 of nematode strain AII was 600 IJ(infective juveniles) per insect larvae at 48 hours,and the LT50 of this strain was 36,40,44,48,51 and 54 h in the dosages order of 4 500,2 250,1 130,560,280 and 140 IJ per larvae.Generally,TDM model technology was considered to be with both time and dosage effects compared with Probit Analysis Technology and to be adapted in the virulence evaluation of the entomopathologenic nematode.
