摘    要:用响应面分析法对一株杜仲内生茎点霉(Phoma sp.)生产松脂醇二葡萄糖苷(PDG)的培养条件进行了优化,获得了PDG产量与各培养条件的回归模型,根据模型确定出PDG的最佳生产条件为:初始pH值8.4,摇床转速193 r/min,装液量100 mL,最佳条件下的PDG产量可达30 mg/L。最佳条件下试验所得值与模型预测值间的偏差小于5%。

Abstract:Response surface analysis was used to get the optimal conditions for production of pinoresinol diglucoside (PDG) by a strain of Phoma sp. (SP-16F) in liquid cultivation. Initial pH value, rotation speed and media volume were investigated. A model showed good agreement with the experimental data of PDG production and cultivation conditions. By solving the model, the optimal conditions for PDG production were obtained at initial pH 8.37, rotation speed 193 r/min, volume of medium 100 mL, inoculation volume 10%, and temperature 28℃. Under the optimal conditions, the PDG production reached 30 mg/L. The variation between the practical data and predicted data was less than 5%.
