植物抗除草剂基因研究进展

摘    要:对抗除草剂基因的来源、抗除草剂作物的抗性机制及抗除草剂基因的应用进行了简要综述,并对抗除草剂基因和启动子选择的局限性及抗除草剂遗传转化中存在的问题进行了探讨.指出目前植物抗除草剂研究存在可转入的抗除草剂基因种类较少、获得抗性稳定表达的植株比较困难等问题.提出选择抗性基因时,应重点考虑以降解除草剂为抗性机制的基因以减少代谢负担、加强对多价基因转入的研究等策略.

Abstract:The origin,mechanism and application of anti-herbicide gene were briefly reviewed in the paper.The choice limit of anti-herbicide gene and its promoter was explicited,as well as existing problems in genetic transformation in anti-herbicide.Further,several problems have been faced in plant anti-herbicide research,such as the scarcity of anti-herbicide gene and lines with stable resistance.It has been proposed that future research should be focused on understanding the resistance mechanism of gene based on herbicide degradation in order to enhance multiple gene transformation.
