幼龄胶园间种对土壤微生物作用的影响

摘    要:[目的]对幼龄胶园间种香蕉、葛藤后胶园土壤微生物生物量与微生物作用进行对比研究,为充分利用幼龄胶园林下资源、科学管理胶园土壤提供参考.[方法]选择海南省儋州市橡胶主栽区两个相邻的幼龄橡胶林段,分别在其胶行中间种香蕉、葛藤,同时设无间种作对照.按季共分7次采集胶园土壤样品,对其土壤微生物生物量和微生物作用进行检测分析.[结果]相比无间种处理,幼龄胶园间种处理均能明显提高土壤微生物生物量、促进土壤硝化作用,间种葛藤能促进土壤微生物呼吸作用,间种香蕉促进土壤微生物氨化作用最明显,其他微生物作用各处理间差异不明显.[结论]幼龄胶园间种能改善胶园土壤微环境,可大力发展幼龄胶园间种农作物或其他经济作物.

Abstract:[Objective]In order to make full use of the resources under young rubber trees and to scientifically manage the soil in rubber plantation,soil microbial biomass and microbial actions were studied comparatively after interplanting banana(Musa paradisiaca) and pueraria(Pueraria lobata Ohwi) in young rubber plantations.[Method]In two adjacent rubber plantation stands,banana and pueraria were interplanted,and no interplanting area was used as control.Soil microbial biomass and microbial action were detected and analyzed in soil samples from the rubber plantations from July 2008 to January 2010(sampled once a season,7 times in total).[Result]As compared with control,interplanting in young rubber plantations could increase soil microbial biomass and improve soil nitrification.Interplanting pueraria in young rubber plantations could enhance microbial respiration,while interplanting banana could improve microbial ammonification of soil significantly,and no difference in different treatments was found in the other microbial actions.[Conclusion]Interplanting in young rubber plantations could improve soil micro-environment,hence interplanting crops or other cash crops should be developed in conditional areas of young rubber plantations.
