石渠县野生人参果的经营现状、问题及对策

目的]改善石渠县人参果经营不善的问题,促进人参果的销售,为推动石渠县以及西藏地区野生人参果产业的进一步发展提供参考.方法]通过调查石渠县野生人参果的经营现状,分析其存在的主要问题及原因,并提出相应的对策建议.结果]石渠县人参果经营存在政府资金投入不足,藏民宗教意识形态束缚、缺乏经济意识,基础设施落后、未能形成集中的销售市场、产品技术研发滞后、企业品牌保护面临严峻考验、相关销售人员素质低等问题.建议]政府部门应加大资金投入、提高藏区群众的汉语交流水平、加强基础设施建设、建立完善的物流配送网络、积极开拓销售渠道、确立产业化经营战略、实施差异性营销战略、塑造知名品牌、加强相关销售人员的技能培训、加大科技投入、实行标准化生产等,以促进石渠县野生人参果产业化经营.

Status,problems and strategies in wild ginseng fruit management in Shiqu County of Sichuan Province

【Objective】The aim of this study was to improve the poor management of ginseng fruit in Shiqu County of Sichuan Province，promote the sales of ginseng fruit， and further facilitate the development of ginseng fruit industry in Shiqu County and Tibet region. 【Method】Based on the investigation of ginseng fruit management status in Shiqu County， main problems and their causes were analyzed， countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. 【Result】Such problems as deficient government capital investment， religion ideology restraint of Tibet residents， lack of economic awareness， laggard infrastructure， scattered markets， backward R&;D of technology， poor brand sense and unqualified sales personnel， etc. existed in management of ginseng fruit. 【Suggestion】Relevant governmental departments should increase capital investment， improve the Mandarin communication ability of Tibetans， strengthen infrastructure construction， establish a complete logistics distribution network， actively expand sales channels， put out industrialized management strategy， implement differentiated marketing strategy， create famous brands， enhance sales skills training， increase the investment of science and technology and execute standardized production so as to propel the industrialized management of wild ginseng fruit in Shiqu County.
