卷烟贮存时间对烟丝pH及主要化学成分的影响

【目的】研究不同贮存时间对卷烟烟丝pH及主要化学成分的影响，为探讨最佳的卷烟贮存时间提供参考依据。【方法】以烤烟型A牌号卷烟为供试材料，考察贮存时间（0～240 d）对卷烟烟丝pH及石油醚提取物、总糖、还原糖、总氮、总植物碱、氯和钾含量的影响。【结果】A牌号卷烟烟丝的pH及石油醚提取物、水溶性总糖、还原糖含量在贮存60～180 d呈缓慢上升趋势，超过180 d后石油醚提取物、水溶性总糖、还原糖含量均呈明显的下降趋势；贮存期间，A牌号卷烟烟丝总氮、总植物碱的变化趋势与水溶性总糖、还原糖的变化趋势相互消长，氯含量从第60 d开始上升，而钾含量在贮存180 d后明显低于贮存前卷烟成品的原始含量。【结论】A牌号卷烟的贮存时间宜控制在180 d之内。

Influence of storage duration on pH value and main chemical components of cut tobacco

Objective]Influence of storage duration on pH value and main chemical components of cut tobacco was studied to ascertain the best storage duration for cigarette.Method]Brand A cigarette was used to investigate the influence of storage duration(0-240 d) on pH value of flue-cured cut tobacco and its main chemical components viz.,petroleum ether extract,total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,total vegetable alkaloid,chlorine,and potassium.Result]The results showed that during 60-180 d,pH value,the contents of petroleum ether extract,soluble total sugar,and reducing sugar in tobacco shred slowly increased,but after 180 d,the content of petroleum ether extract,soluble total sugar,and reducing sugar decreased remarkably.During the storage period,the change curve of total nitrogen and total vegetable alkaloid contents were in contrast to the change curve of soluble total sugar and reducing sugar content;nitrogen content in tobacco shred began to rise on the 60 d,while potassium content after storing 180 d was dramatically lower than its initial content before storing.Conclusion]Brand A cigarettes should be stored for no more than 180 days for them to maintain optimal product quality.
