摘    要:益生菌具有多种保健功能,如调节宿主的肠道菌群、治疗由抗生素引起的腹泻、降低血脂胆固醇水平、调节机体免疫功能等.本文就益生菌的保健功能、专利菌株和评价指标进行了综述.

Abstract:The benefits of probiotics have been recognized and explored for over a century such as prevention and reduction of diarrhea symptoms,hypocholestrolemic effect,modulation of the immune system.The aim of this review was to provide an overview of the current state of knowledge about health benefits of probiotics and evaluation criteria.
