利用催青温湿度控制家蚕性比的研究

摘    要:利用短期高温处理配合不同湿度保护的方法,研究了新九×sch蚕种催青期不同发育阶段与不同性别对高温干燥处理的反应特点。查明了该品种雌蚕对高温最敏感的时期为气管显现期(己3),对干燥最敏感的时期为转青期(己5),雌雄个体表现了显著的反应差异。提出了3个改进的抑制该品种雌蚕孵化的温湿度处理方案。使处理时间由催青全程减少到已3后的3-4天,甚至1-2小时。处理方法也得到了简化。

Abstract:Silkworm eggs were treated with high temperature of short period at various mois-tures to study the response features of Xinjiu × sch at various developmental stages andof different sexes to the treatment of high temperature and dry environment while incu-bating. The research showed that the most sensitive stage to high temperature of the fe-male silkworms of the variety was trachea appearing stage,and the most sensitive stageto dry environment fallen in the stage of body pigmentation. In the above sensitivestages,male and female silkworms behaved significantly different.Based on the experi-ment results,three improved schemes of incubating temperature and moisture treatmentfor the control of female silkworms of this variety were put forward.The improved wayof incubating can not only shorten the incubation but also make the treatment easy.
