绣球菌驯化栽培研究

摘    要:观察了绣球菌菌丝、子实体的形态特征;分析了子实体的营养组成;筛选出以PDPA为较理想的母种培养基,以松木屑、糯米粉为主成份的适合绣球菌菌丝生长、子实体发育的原种培养基;其菌丝生长适宜温度为20~25℃;子实体发育适宜温度为16~18℃,适宜相对湿度90%~95%;培养基适宜pH值为5~6。

Abstract:The morphological character of mycelium and fruitbody of Sparassis crispa(Wulf.)Fries was observed.The main nutrition components of Sparassis crispa(Wulf.)Fries fruit body were analyzed.The optimum stock culture medium was PDPA and the optimum main medium materials were pine sawdust and polished glutinous rice starch.The optimum temperature for mycelium growth and fruitbody development was 20~25℃ and 16~18℃ respectively,the optimum environment humidity was 90%~95%,and the optimum pH-value was 5~6.
