摘    要:为了探求根系分泌有机酸对重金属Cd2+存在形态及生物有效性的影响,研究了不同质量摩尔浓度酒石酸、草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、乙酸和EDTA对重金属Cd2+各个形态的影响。研究得出,EDTA最有利于重金属Cd2+活性的增强,其次为柠檬酸和乙酸,苹果酸的效果最差。质量摩尔浓度为1、3mmol/kg的乙酸和柠檬酸以及5、6、7mmol/kg的EDTA最有利于重金属Cd2+生物有效性系数的提高。

Abstract:In order to reveal the effect of the exudation of organic acids by root on existing forms and bioavailability of Cd2+,the effects of tartaric acid,oxalic acid,malic acid,citric acid,acetic acid and EDTA of different concentrations on existing forms of Cd2+ were studied.The results showed that EDTA was the most beneficial to enhance the activity of Cd2+,and citric acid and acetic acid came second,and effect of malic acid was the worst.When the concentrations of acetic acid and citric acid were one,and three mmol/kg,and the concentrations of EDTA were five,six and seven mmol/kg,the bioavailability would be improved.
