| 摘 要： | 报道了猪淋巴结内一种特殊的嗜伊红性颗粒细胞（暂定名）的超微结构和几种酶的电镜细胞化学特征．该细胞主要分布于猪淋巴结的髓质和皮质一髓质交界区，呈圆形或椭圆形，核也呈圆形或椭圆形，细胞质中含有较多的特殊颗粒，其它类型的细胞器较少．特殊颗粒有单层膜包裹．内容物电子致密度高，Ｍｇ２＋－腺苷三磷酸酶（Ｍｇ２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰａｓｅ）、非特异性脂酶（ＮＳＥ）、５＇－核苷酸酶（５＇－ＡＭＰａｓｅ）细胞化学反应均呈阳性．Ｍｇ２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｃ主要定位于细胞膜，ＡＣＰａｓｅ均匀分布于特殊颗粒内，ＮＳＥ分布在特殊颗粒膜和颗粒内，５＇－ＡＭＰａｓｅ主要定位于颗粒膜。

| Abstract: | The fine structures and some enzyme cytochemical features of the eosinophilic granular cells of gig lymph nodes were studied at electron microscopical level.The eosinophilic granular cells,mainly locatedin medulla and cortex-medulla junction,possessed a round or ovoid nucleus and numerous cytoplasmic granules.The granules had a highly electron-densed mains enveloped by a unit membrane.It has been demonstrated in this experiment that the eosinophilic cells contain acid phosphatase (ACPase),Mg2 -adenosine triphosphatase(Mg2 -ATPase), 5'-nucleotidase(5'-AMPase),non-spesific esterase(NSE). The ACPase is located in the granule matrix,the NSE in the granule matrix and its surounding membrane, the 5'-AMPase in the granule membrane and the Mg2 -ATPase in the cytoplasma membrane. |
