摘    要:本试验研究了分别在0℃和5℃低温胁迫下,通过使用不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对富贵竹(Dracaenasanderi-o船)鲜切枝进行处理后,其体内一系列生理指标的变化。结果表明:经SA处理后,在两种低温胁迫条件下富贵竹叶片保护酶系活性、叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm比值、游离脯氨酸含量均有提高,质膜透性较对照低,同时丙二醛(MDA)含量也低于对照。在0℃和5℃条件下,SA浓度分别为1mmol·L^-1和0.5mmol·L^-11时,对富贵竹的抗寒性提高作用最明显。

Abstract:Separately under the low temperature coercion of 0℃C and 5℃, experimental studies are made of changes of a series of physiological targets of fresh-cut branches of fortunate bamboo ( Dracaena sanderiana) through using different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA). The results have indicated that, after the SA processing,under two kinds of low temperature coercion condition, fortunate bamboo leaf blades' protection enzymatic system activeness,its chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm ratio and its dissociation proline content will increase to a certain extent, its protoplasmic membrane penetrability is lower than the control, simultaneously the malondia.ldehyde(MDA) content also is lower than the control. Under the condition of 0℃ and 5℃ ,the SA density respectively is 1 mmol· L^-1 and 0. 5 mmol · L^-1 ,and have the most obvious function on the fortunate bamboo's cold resistant enhancement.
