毛白杨硬枝扦插保全苗的研究

毛白杨硬枝扦插育苗插穗不易生根,成活率低,繁殖困难。研究结果表明,采用浸沾套处理进行毛白杨硬枝扦插,平均成活率达95％以上。该措施改善了硬枝插穗生根的环境条件,空气相对湿度提高2—8.5％,温度提高1.5—2℃。苗木水分代谢平衡,生理机能旺盛,有利幼苗生根。不同处理对毛白杨扦插成活率和幼苗生长的效果是浸沾套>沾套>浸套>浸沾>对照。

RESEARCH ON THE TECHNIQUE OF OBTAINNING ALL SEEDLINGS WITH HARD BRANCH CUTTING OF POPULUS TOMENTOSA

When Populus tomentosa seedlings propagated with hard branch cutting, the cuttings took roots not easy, the survival rate was low, so the propagation of it was difficult. The results of this experiments showed that the average survival rate was over 95%, by hard branch cutting with soaked dipped covered. This treatment changed the environments of the cuttings, the air humidity rose 2-8.5%, the air temperature rose 1.5-2℃. It helped the seedlings to balance their metabolism of water, and to keep their physiological function luxuriant. It was beneficial for the young seedlings to take roots. The effects of different treatments were: soaked dipped covered>dipped covered>soake,d covered> dipped soaked>contrast.
