叶面喷施5-氨基乙酰丙酸对番茄果实采后生理指标的影响

摘    要:以番茄为试材,初步研究了采前叶面喷施外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对番茄果实采后冷藏期间几种生理指标的影响.结果表明:采前叶面喷施ALA处理不影响番茄果实采后贮藏过程中呼吸速率的变化,但可使其呼吸值减小;ALA处理可使丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对膜透性下降,冷藏后期果实的硬度和维生素C含量下降时间延缓;在整个冷藏过程中,经ALA处理的果实可保持较高的可溶性固形物含量,其酸度有所下降,果实的固酸比提高.

Abstract:Using tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum)as the experimental materatial,the effects of foliar application 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on post-harvest physiology of tomato during storage period were investigated.The results indicted that ALA treatment did not affect the process of the changes of respiratory rate, but could reduce the respiratory rate during storage.ALA could decrease the malondialdehyde(MDA)content and the relative membrane permeability and delay the descent of the firmness and vitamin C content;ALA treatment increased the soluble solids content(SSC)with the decreaed titratable acidity(TA),thus the inner quality(expressed by the ratio of SSC to TA)became better.
