奥帕克-2背景下玉米杂种后代蛋白质含量的表现

摘    要:本文研究了高赖氨酸玉米和高蛋白高赖氨酸玉米(简称双高玉米)4种杂交类型的F1和F2与双亲籽粒蛋白质含量的关系.结果表明:1)双高玉米与双高玉米或双高玉米与高赖氨酸玉米较易组配超亲优势组合;选配双高玉米杂交种以双高玉米×高赖氨酸玉米的组合方式最佳.2)控制蛋白质含量的基因遗传效应复杂,用较高蛋白质含量的亲本作母本有利于提高杂交种的蛋白质含量.

The Display of Maize Protein in Hybrid Progeny Under Opaque-2
Abstract:The correlation of F1 and F2 generation with their parental pair on maize protein was studied. The result showed: 1) It was easier to create hybrid vigor by making the hybridzed combination of the high protein and high lysine maize with the high protein and high lysine maize or the high protein and high lysine maize with the high lysine maize. 2) The genetic effects of genes controlling maize protein were complicated and it was favorable to increase the content of maize protein by making the parent with the higher protein famale parent.
