生物炭对东北酸性土养分含量、酶活性及大豆产量的影响

摘    要:我国东北地区存在大面积的酸化土壤,其不良的化学性质严重地制约了作物产量的提升,生物炭可有效调控土壤的养分含量、增加作物产量已得到广泛认同。试验研究了不同用量的生物炭对酸性土化学性质、酶活性、大豆干物质积累及产量的影响。结果表明,生物炭可增加酸性土的全P、全S、全K、全C和C/N,降低Na含量,还可增加蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶和脲酶含量。生物炭增加了大豆干物质积累量和产量,并在15 t·hm~(-2)时达到最大值。

Abstract:There was a large area of acid soil in northeast China,which bad chemical property seriously restricted the crop yield. The biochar could effectively control the soil nutrient content and increase the crop yield. The effect of different dosage of biochar on the acid soil nutrient content,enzyme activity,soybean dry matter accumulation and yield was studied. The results showed that the biochar could increase the total P,total S,total K,total C and C/N of soil,but reduce the Na content,increase the content of sucrase, cellulose enzyme,proteinase and urease. The biochar increased the accumulation of soybean dry matter and yield,and reached maximum at 15 t·hm-2.
