| Abstract: | To establish the natural ecology autonomous protectorate became one kind to have the feasibility and the necessary management,and it is the superior choice.Simultaneously,to consummates the management,supervision and the legal related system,to formulate a set of policies to suit the autonomous protectorate.Fundamentally,to change the present situation of the natural ecology protectorate this has destroyed,to enable the protectorate to return to the original ecology appearance. |
