| 摘 要： | 试验分别采用三种不同浓度的多效唑、矮壮素、缩节胺对黄花乌头进行叶面喷施,通过使其矮化,来研究不同药剂对该植物的地上、地下农艺性状以及经济产量的影响。结果表明：500mg.L-1的矮壮素处理对其植株矮化效果最佳;150mg.L-1的多效唑处理植株的倒伏率最低为15.6%;500mg.L-1的矮壮素处理其子根个数最多;500mg.L-1的矮壮素处理其产量提高最大,较对照组提高43.04%。结论是利用生物调节剂多效唑、矮壮素处理黄花乌头对其农艺性状及产量都有明显的影响。

| Abstract: | The study on characters and economic yielding of ground,underground of Aconitum coreanum was conducted by spraying three different concentrations of paclobutrazol,chlormequat chloride and mepiqudt chloride.The results showed that the 500mg·L-1 of chlormequat chloride treatment on plant induced obviously dwarf on plant.The lowest lodging rate observed to 15.6% by 150mg·L-1 of paclobutrazol.Through spraying the 500mg·L-1 chlormequat chloride could receive the largest numbers of seminal roots.The largest economic yielding could improve 43.04% by spraying 500mg·L-1 chlormequat chloride.From the experiment it concluded that it displayed distinct effect on the characters and economic yielding of A.coreanum by spraying paclobutrazol,chlormequat chloride. |
