摘    要:高校人力资源建设水平是判断高校组织管理水平的重要指标,甚至还会影响到高校的发展战略。本文阐述了激励机制基本内涵,分析了高校人力资源激励机制建设的原则,提出了当前高校人力资源激励机制建设中存在的问题,并得出了加强高校人力资源激励机制建设的对策。
