抗传染性法氏囊病与鸡新城疫高免卵黄抗体的研制

摘    要:试验通过4种不同的免疫程序,对鸡进行传染性法氏囊病与鸡新城疫免疫接种,并利用琼脂扩散试验及病毒的红细胞凝集抑制试验检测抗体效价及分析,确定制备抗传染性法氏囊病与鸡新城疫高免卵黄抗体的最佳免程序为一免为1倍剂量,10后进行二免,免疫剂量为2倍剂量,并根据效价结果,适当增加一次免疫,其免疫剂量为4倍量。同时利用收集的卵黄制备出高免卵黄抗体,通过临床应用试验,有很好的治疗效果。
