| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展和高校改革的推进,传统的管理模式已经很难适应新时期高校学生管理工作的需要。为应对当前高校学生管理工作面临的一系列新问题,高校辅导员作为学生管理工作的主要实施者,应该树立现代管理理念,积极探索新时期高校学生管理的有效途径。
