摘    要:为克服传统方法制备单克隆抗体复杂而费时的弊病,研究介绍了一种从多克隆抗体库中快速分离高特异性抗体的方法;根据抗原抗体特异性结合的原理,以大肠杆菌系统表达的甜菜夜蛾围食膜蛋白SeP89为抗原,从多克隆抗体库中分离其特异性抗体;成功从甜菜夜蛾围食膜蛋白抗血清库中分离SeP89蛋白的特异性抗体;以快速分离围食膜蛋白SeP89抗体为例,研究建立了一种快速从多克隆抗体库中分离特异性抗体的方法.

Abstract:The common method for monoclonal antibody preparation is complex and time-consuming.So a procedure which allowed rapid and efficient isolation of target protein from a library of antibodies was reported here.According to immunology protocol,specific antibodies to a peritrophic membrane protein,SeP89(which was expressed in Escherichia coli),was isolated from a polycolonal antiserum against a pool of proteins from the PM of Spodoptera exigua.We successfully isolated highly specific antibodies to SeP89 protein...
