摘    要:挖掘装载机是一种新型工程机械,其装载工作装置是特殊的八杆机构。将连杆、摇臂和动臂均看作弹性体,液压缸和铲斗为刚体,建立了完整的装载工作装置的刚弹性体系统动力学模型。同时建立了工作装置的液压系统模型,通过动力学模拟计算得到了动臂在液压系统驱动下的工作过程中动态应力时间历程与分布特征。这种方法不仅完成了多体系统动力学中刚体与弹性体的有机结合以及机械系统与液压系统的耦合,而且为动臂在设计阶段就可通过模拟计算获得工作过程中的动臂动态应力分布,为评估其疲劳寿命打下了基础。

Abstract:Backhoe loader is a new type construction machine and its working equipment is a special eight-bar mechanism. The multi-body dynamic model of working equipment was set up. Links, rockers and lift arm were considered as elastic bodies and bucket, and cylinders as rigid bodies. At the same time, the hydraulic system of equipment was built. The dynamic stress distribution characteristics of the lift arm in time domain were obtained after the dynamic analysis. This research technology combined the rigid bodies with the elastic ones as a tight system, coupled the mechanical systems and hydraulic system on one hand, and obtained the dynamic stress on the other. It laid foundation for evaluating the fatigue life of lift arm in its structural design stage.
