| 摘 要： | 对当前计算机网络发展的特性及其两面性进行了分析,指出了网络安全的隐患所在,据此构建了一个网络安全体系,并从网络安全防御技术和安全管理策略两方面对该体系进行了系统的阐述.

| Abstract: | Firstly, the current characteristic of the computer network is presented. Then the advantages and disadvantages brought by the development of network technology are discussed and the hidden trouble of the network security is indicated. According to the analysis above, a network security system is built, which is expounded from the aspects of the protection technology and the safe management strategy. |
