论农村经济的全面可持续发展

随着全面建设小康社会进程的加速 ,农民这一主体自身出现了越来越大的差距与分化。贫困农民生存状况的彻底好转不只是如何增收的问题 ,生存条件和环境已成为制约其自身地位、生存状况长期持续好转的关键因素。笔者从制度、环境、意识等方面分析了制约我国农村经济全面持续发展的障碍 ,并提出了实现农村经济长期可持续发展的对策。

Analysis of Overall Sustaining Development of Agricultural Economy

With the acceleration of modernization, the peasants′ condition had greatly been improved. On the other hand, there was difference among them, environment was the biggest obstruction to overall sustaining development. Thus, we must take a measure system to solve the problem.
