黄姜中自身转化薯蓣皂苷元提取的研究

摘    要:目的]研究黄姜中自身转化薯蓣皂苷元的提取方法。方法]基于黄姜中自身酶的作用,将黄姜在室温条件下分别保存15和30d,使带有3个糖基的薯蓣皂苷在其自身酶作用下部分转化生成无糖基薯蓣皂苷元,并对黄姜自身转化薯蓣皂苷元进行提取、分离、检测,比较不同保存时间的提取效果。结果]500g黄姜在室温下保存15和30d,经70%乙醇浸提分别得薯蓣总皂苷30.8和24.7g,总皂苷得率分别为6.16%和4.94%,用大孔吸附树脂AB-8分离提纯后分别得薯蓣皂苷元6.3和11.7g,苷元得率分别为1.26%和2.34%,继后利用D-280大孔吸附树脂脱色最终得薯蓣皂苷元分别为4.97和10.2g,得率分别为0.99%和2.04%。结论]保存30d的黄姜,经大孔吸附树脂分离纯化后,其薯蓣皂苷元是保存15d黄姜的2倍,经HPLC检测,其纯度为91%,
