利用油菜秸秆栽培白金针菇关键技术的研究

为了开发金针菇栽培的新原料。以油菜秸秆为主料,设计6种培养基配方(A、B、C、D、E和F)进行金针菇的栽培试验,研究不同培养基配方对金针菇菌丝生长、子实体生长发育及其经济效益的影响。A、D配方菌丝长势最强,B较弱;与CK相比,6种配方培养基菌丝生长速度均显著增加,以配方E最快。配方D催蕾期和出菇时间均较短。配方D的平均产量最高,与配方E、F间差异极显著。最适宜金针菇生长的配方是D配方(66%油菜秸秆、22%棉籽壳、10%麸皮、1%蔗糖和1%过磷酸钙),其菌丝长势最强,产投比高达32。用油菜秸秆栽培金针菇,可缩短菌丝的培养期和子实体的催蕾期及出菇时间,增加经济效益。

Study on Key Cultivation Techniques of Flammulina velutipes by Using Rape Stalk

The aim of the research was to develop new materials for the cultivation of Flammulina velutipes.With rape stalk as main materials,6 kinds of mediums(A,B,C,D,E and F)were designed in culture experiment of F.velutipes to study the effects of different formulas of medium on mycelium growth and sporocarp development of F.velutipes and its economic benefits.Growth vigor of mycelium in formula A and D were strongest and that in formula B was weaker.Compared with CK,the growth rates of mycelium in 6 kinds of mediums were all increased significantly,with that in formula E being fastest.The bud forcing stage and sporocarp formation time in formula D were all shorter.The average yield in formula D was highest and had extremely significant difference with E and F formulas.The optimum formula for the growth of F.velutipes was formula D with rape stalk of 66%,cotton seed hull of 22%,bran of 10%,sucrose of 1% and calcium superphosphate of 1%,in which the growth vigor of mycelium was strongest,and the ratio of output to investment reached 32.Culturing Flammulina velutipes with rape stalk could shorten the culture stage of mycelium,bud forcing stage and formation time of sporocarp and increase economic benefits.
