| 摘 要： | 以石斛兰(Den. Sharifa Fatimah)幼芽为材料进行组织培养研究.结果表明:苹果是对石斛兰壮苗生根较有效的水果添加物;对具备根、茎、叶分化的小苗可以3 g/L花宝1号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%培养基采用"一步法"壮苗生根;对于较弱小的丛生苗宜用2 g/L花宝1号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%及3 g/L花宝2号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%采取"两步法"壮苗生根;鉴于花宝2号的长效性,可选择用于长期保存组培材料.
