催化分光光度法测定动物血清中的痕量铜(Ⅱ)

摘    要:研究了铜(Ⅱ)在氨水介质中催化过氧化氢氧化刚果红褪色反应和影响反应速度的因素,建立了测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的催化分光光度法,方法检测限为3.5×10~(-11)g/mL,测定范围为0—24ng/mL.该法快速简便,可直接用于动物血清中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,样品分析结果良好.

Abstract:A catalytic spectrophotometric method based on the oxidation of Congo red with H_2O_2 by means of Cu (II) as catalyst for the determinition of trace Cu(II) has been in vestigated. The sensitivity of the method is 3.5×10~(-11) g/mL, the linear respondence is in the range of 0-24 ng/mL. The effect of foreign ions has been studied and the method shows remarkable selectivity. The proposed method has been applied to determine animal serum copper with satisfactory results.
