绿竹笋用林培土措施对笋品质及产量的影响研究

摘    要:在绿竹笋用林土壤管理过程中,通过不同培土措施对笋品质及产量的影响进行探讨,结果表明:在培土高度为10cm时,竹笋形态品质最好,产笋量及竹笋可食部分所占的比例也最高。不同培土高度,其营养成分相关指标各不相同。

Abstract:In the soil management of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami shoot stand, the effect of land cultivation methods on Dendrocalamopsis oldhami shoots quality and output was investigated. The results indicated that the Dendrocalamopsis oldhami shoot quality was the best and shoot output as well as the ratio of the edible part to the whole shoot was the highest when the cultivated land reached 10 cm thick. Different thickness of the cultivated land results in the different indicators of nutrition ingredient, which provides a scientific basis for orientated cultivation of the Dendrocalamopsis oldhami shoot stand.
