摘    要:建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定地表水及饮用水中溴氰菊酯的分析方法,并用于实际样品的分析。采用环己烷-乙醚(92/8,v/v)作为萃取溶剂富集净化样品。该方法在15min之内可完成地表水及饮用水中溴氰菊酯的分离及检测;由于二极管阵列检测器同时可进行多波长检测,因此检测波长可设定为225nm、254nm、270nm、280nm,根据各波长的分离情况选择最佳测定波长,流动相为甲醇+水=85+15。结果表明该方法线性范围、精密度、加标回收率均符合相关技术要求,适用于水样中溴氰菊酯的测定。

Determination of Deltamethrin in Surface Water and Drinking Water by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:An analytical method for the analysis of Deltamethrin in surface water and drinking water was developed by using Cyclohexane-Ether(92/8,v/v) extraction for enrichment and high performance liquid chromatography for detection.Deltamethrin in surface water and drinking water was detected within 15min.225nm,254nm,270nm and 280nm were employed as detection wavelength because multi-wavelength could be used for PDA.Optimum wavelength was selected according to what separation was carried out,CH_3OH-H_2O(85 /15,v/v) was used as mobile phase.The results showed that the method had high sensitivity and wide linear range and it was very fit for determination of deltamethrin in surface water and drinking water.
