摘    要:本试验以黄瓜(新泰密刺)为试材,通过水培方式研究了不同NO3-浓度处理对黄瓜幼苗根系及叶片呼吸速率的影响。结果表明,56 mmol/L浓度硝酸盐处理的黄瓜幼苗根系及叶片的呼吸速率随处理时间的延长与CK(14 mmol/L)相差不大,其中叶片在处理后1天时略有上升,但差异不显著;140 mmol/L浓度硝酸盐处理的黄瓜幼苗根系及叶片的呼吸速率随处理时间的延长则呈明显的先上升后下降的趋势,且叶片的下降趋势更为明显。

Abstract:In this paper,the dynamic changes of respiration in roots and leaves of cucumber seedlings under three nitrate concentration levels,14 mmol/L(CK),56 mmol/L(T-1) and 140 mmol/L(T-2),were studied by hydroponic culture.The results showed that respiration in roots and leaves of cucumber seedlings under T-1 nitrate concentration had little difference compared with CK during treatment period except insignificant increase of leaves on the first day after treatment.Under T-2 nitrate concentration,the respiration increased significantly at the beginning,and then decreased;moreover,the respiration of leaves decreased more significantly than that of roots.
