LPG/柴油双燃料发动机烟度排放的试验研究

摘    要:通过安装在LR6105Q型柴油机上的一套电控LPG燃料供给系统,使该发动机运行在双燃料的模式下。试验主要从转速、负荷、掺烧比这几个方面对该双燃料发动机与原机的烟度排放进行了对比研究,研究结果表明,在整个转速范围内,烟度都大大降低,最大降幅可达60%;在高负荷时,烟度降幅明显,可达47%,中等负荷及小负荷时下降不明显;随着掺烧比的增大,烟度呈明显下降的趋势,尤其是在高负荷,高转速时更明显。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors provided an electronic controlling LPG fuel supply system to fulfill the dual fuel mode on the LR6105Q diesel engine.The research on the soot emission were mainly in the aspect of speed,load and replace ratio,comparing the dual-fuel engine with the original engine.The experiment results show that the soot emission during the speed area reduces remarkably,even to 60%;the soot emission can reduce 47% at high load,and it is not remarkable at middle and low load;with the increasing replace ratio,the soot emission decreases remarkably,especially at high load and high speed.
