摘    要:将试验鸡分成3个试验组和1个对照组。A组鸡接种鸡新城疫系疫苗,B组鸡接种油乳剂灭活苗,C组鸡接种鸡新城疫系疫苗,并在接种疫苗后第3、4、5、6、7、9、11、13、15、20、25d采取各组鸡血并分离血清,检测HI抗体。结果表明,接种系疫苗的组,HI抗体效价均值从4.67log2上升到10log2,接种后第5d开始上升,接种后第11d达到峰值,持续6d保持高滴度抗体水平。接种系疫苗的组,HI抗体效价均值从4.67log2上升到7log2,接种后第4d开始上升,接种后第9d达到峰值。接种油乳剂灭活苗的组,HI抗体效价均值从4.67log2上升到9.33log2,接种后第5d开始上升,接种后第11d达到峰值,持续16d保持高滴度抗体水平。系疫苗HI抗体效价上升快,效价高,较适合于紧急接种,油乳剂灭活苗HI抗体效价可在高水平维持较长时间,较适合于预防接种。

The Detection of HI Antibodies to Newcastle Disease Chickens Inoculated with Different Strains of Vaccine

Abstract:The chickens were divided into 3 experimental groups and control group. Two days later, the chickens in group A, B, C were inoculated with Lasota strain vaccine, emulsified inactivated vaccine, and Mukteswar strain vaccine respectively. At 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 25th days postinoculation(PI), blood sampling from each chicken were undertaken, and antibody titres to ND virus were measured. The results showed that the average7 antibody titres in group A chickens rose from 4.67 log_2 to 10log_2,the antibody titres started to rise at 5th day PI, and peaked at 11 days, maintaining high antibody titres for 6 days; the average antibody titres in group C chickens rose from 4.67log_2 to 7log_2, the antibody titres started to rise at 4th day PI, and peaked at 9th day PI; the average antibody titres in group B chickens rose from 4.67log_2 to 9.33log_2, the antibody titres started to rise at 5th day , and peaked at 13th day PI, maintaining high antibody titres for 16 days. It appeared that HI antibody titres against Lasota strain vaccine rose more quickly than emulsified inactivated vaccine, but droped quickly too; The HI antibody titres against emulsified inactivated vaccine rose more slowly than those of Lasota strain vaccine, but maintaining high antibody titres for a longer time. It is suggested that Lasota strain vaccine is more suitable for urgent inoculation, and emulsified inactivated vaccine is more suitable for preventive inoculation.
