B803A系列杂交水稻组合根系生长特性研究

摘    要:以B803A所配4个杂交水稻组合与汕优63(CK)为材料,研究了不同生育时期的根系干重、根冠比、根系含水率和发根力变化及其与产量的关系。结果表明,B优系列组合各个生育时期的根系干重均大于汕优63,而根冠比却小于汕优63;抽穗期后的根系含水率及孕穗期的发根力均高于汕优63,说明B优系列组合生育后期的根系活性强于汕优63。对根系特性与产量的相关分析表明,水稻生育后期根系活性对产量的形成具有重要影响。

Abstract:The relationship of the changes in the dry weight,ratio of root to canopy,moisture content and rooting ability of the root system in different growth stages to the grain yield was studied,using four hybrids derived from B803A(B You hybrids for short) and Shanyou 63(the check) as the materials.The results showed that the dry weight of root system of B You hybrids was always greater than that of Shanyou 63 in all tested growth stages from full tillering to ripe,but the ratio of root to canopy of B You hybrids was smaller than that of Shanyou 63.After heading,the moisture content of roots and the rooting ability at booting stage of B You hybrids were higher than those of Shanyou 63,indicating a higher root activity in late growth stages in B You hybrids compared with Shanyou 63.The correlation analysis showed that the root activity in later growth stage had a very important effect on the formation of grain yield in rice.
