摘    要:研究了立克秀、福美双、多菌灵、麦丰灵、麦纹灵等 5种药剂拌种对小麦苗期根际微生物的影响。结果表明 :5种拌种剂对根际真菌的抑制作用均较强 ;多数药剂对根际放线菌有明显抑制作用 ,其中 ,福美双对根际放线菌有明显的刺激作用 ;药剂对根际细菌的影响情况比较复杂。

Abstract:The effect of five seed treatment agents, which were tebuconazole, thiram, carbendazim, maifengling and maiwenling, on the microorganisms in wheat rhizosphere was studied. The results indicated that the agents had stronger restrained effect on rhizosphere fungi: Most of them restrained rhizosphere actinomycetes, but thiram could stimulate the actinomycetes. Seed treatment agents had no obvious inhibition to rhizosphere bacteria, but there were some differences of inhibition among the agents.
