甜叶菊斑枯病感病生理的研究

摘    要:采用人工接种的方法,对甜叶菊斑枯病感病生理学进行了探讨。结果表明:斑枯病菌发生侵染时,在侵染点周围过氧化物酶活性急剧增强;蛋白质含量持续下降;病斑出现时脯氨酸含量大量积累,其后又有所下降;随病害的加重,丙二醛的含量呈直线上升;叶绿素的含量随病害的加重而显著减少。

Abstract:Physiological mechanism of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni spot blight were discussed, the result shown that the peroxidase activity around infection court increased rapidly, protein content reduce continuously when the pathogenetic fungi infect. Pro content accumulate when the infection began, and then it decreased. With the development of infection MDA content increase in straight line level, chlorophyll content drop remarkably with the aggravation of the disease.
