| 摘 要： | 安徽淮南是豆腐的发源地,近几年豆制品加工产业发展迅速。但是随着产业的不断发展,存在了一些显著的问题和难题,如:机械化不足、品牌混乱、加工散户多、管理缺乏等问题,特别是科研投入少,创新能力不足,严重影响了淮南豆制品企业和产业的发展。就以上问题提出解决的对策,以期促进安徽淮南豆制品加工产业的快速发展。

| Abstract: | Anhui Huainan is the birthplace of tofu.As its rapid development in recent years,there are some significant problems and challenges in the soybean products processing industry,such as deficiency mechanization,litter investment of research,brand confusion,retail multi-processing,lacked management,and so on,seriously affecting the soybean products processing business and industry.In this paper,the measures to solve the above issues are proposed to promote the rapid development of soybean products processing industry in Anhui Huainan. |
