| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱检测菠菜中三乙磷酸铝残留量的方法,回收率达到103%,相对标准偏差为6%,定量下限0.27 mg/kg,0.2~10 mg/L的相关系数大于0.99。该方法操作简单,重现性和准确度高,缩短了菠菜中三乙磷酸铝检测的时间。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a new method for sensitive and selective determination of fosetyl-aluminum residues in spinach by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The recovery is 103%,and the relative standard deviation is 6%.The limit of quantization is 0.27 mg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient of 0.2~10 mg/L is greater than 0.99.This method is simple,high precision and accuracy,and can shorten the detection time of fosetyl-aluminum residues in spinach. |
