复合溶剂提取烟草净油工艺条件研究

摘    要:对正己烷和丙酮复合溶剂提取废次烟末中烟草净油工艺进行研究。探讨影响烟草净油产率的因素条件:复合溶剂配比、液料比、提取温度和提取时间。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,以确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,烟草净油提取最佳工艺条件为:正己烷与丙酮复合溶剂质量配比为6∶4,液料比为12∶1,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为4 h,此条件下烟草净油产率可达6.95%。

Abstract:The optimum extraction technology of tobacco absolute oil from discarded tobacco leaves by the mixture solvent n-hexane and acetone is investigated.The effects of mass ratio of n-hexane to acetone,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction temperature and extraction time are studied by single factor test.Based on the single factor test,orthogonal experiments are performed to optimize the above conditions.The results show that the optimum extraction technology is as follows: mass ratio of n-hexane to acetone is 6∶4,ratio of liquid to solid is 12∶1,extraction temperature is 50 ℃,extraction time is 4 h.Based on the optimum extraction conditions,the yield of tobacco absolute oil reaches 6.95%.
