| 摘 要： | 为了明确新选高粱亲本材料的利用潜力，提高杂交育种效率，对4个新选高粱雄性不育系进行柱头生活力研究和配合力分析。用其与4个新选恢复系，按不完全双列杂交法组配16个杂交组合，采用DPS数据处理系统对株高、穗长、穗粒重、千粒重和蛋白质含量进行统计分析。结果表明，XSA和XJA的柱头生活力较强，在制种过程中授粉时间长、结实率高。雄性不育系XBA、XSA和恢复系59R、22R综合性状表现较好，这些亲本系在育种和生产上具有很高的利用价值。从产量性状分析看，XBA/59R、XSA/59R、XJA/22R和XWA/59R是较理想的组合模式。
