基于CFD的旋喷泵水力设计及性能比较

摘    要:采用相同的窄流道直叶片,按照单闭式、单半开式、双半开式设计了3种不同叶轮结构的旋喷泵水力模型;采用CFD方法利用ANSYS-CFX软件对3种水力模型的内部流场进行三维数值模拟,分别得到3种模型的压力场、速度场。通过对设计方案扬程、轴功率、效率的性能预测,分析了3种旋喷泵水力模型的性能特征,以利于设计方案的优选。

Abstract:Three hydraulic models for roto-jet pump,i.e.,single closed impeller,single semi-open impeller and double semi-open impeller,are designed in this work.Based on CFD,and by means of ANSYS CFX software,the 3D numerical simulations of flow field for the three hydraulic models are performed,and the pressure distributions and velocity fields are obtained.The variation of head,shaft-power and hydraulic efficiency with flow rate for the three hydraulic models are calculated and analyzed.The simulation and the perfo...
