摘    要:为了克服以往解决配电网络重构问题的不足,提出含分布式发电以网损最小和开关操作次数最少的多目标的配电网重构方法。将综合费用最低作为目标函数,通过改进自适应遗传算法来寻求配网的最佳结构,同时在遗传编码上以环路为基础,进一步提高其计算效率并且克服了传统遗传算法(GA)在配电网重构中应用时产生大量不可行解的不足。计算结果表明,该方法不仅可以降低网损,而且对节点电压也有一定的支撑作用。最后以IEEE33节点为例,验证了该方法的可行性。
