纤维自密实水泥基补强材料黏结强度研究

摘    要:研究了纤维长度、纤维掺量、纤维类型及硅粉对自密实水泥基补强材料黏结抗剪强度的影响。试验用纤维为:PP纤维和PVA纤维。PP纤维长度分别为:3、6、10、12mm。PVA纤维长度为6mm。纤维掺量为0.3、0.5、0.7kg/m3。试验结果表明:掺入3mm和6mm的PP纤维后,与基体材料相比黏结抗剪强度呈降低趋势。掺入10mm和12mm PP纤维后,与基体材料相比黏结抗剪强度呈增强趋势,掺入0.7kg/m3的长度为3mm和6mm的PP纤维后,28d黏结抗剪强度与基体材料相比,分别提高了8.2%和10.8%。相同长度、相同掺量时,掺入PVA纤维后,材料的黏结抗剪强度高于PP纤维。掺入硅粉可以提高补强材料的黏结抗剪强度,1、3、28d提高幅度分别为:28%、35%、27%。

Abstract:The influence of the length of fiber,the fiber content,the type of fiber and Silica fume on shear-bonding strength of the self-compacting cement material are discussed.PP fiber and PVA fiber are used.The lengths of PP fiber are 3,6,10,12 mm respectively,and that of PVA fiber is 6 mm.The fiber contents are 0.3,0.5,0.7 kg/m3,respectively.The results show that after joining PP fiber,the lengths of which are 3,6 mm,shear-bonding strength is lower than that of the base material;The shear-bonding strength of the ...
