水分胁迫对盆栽冬小麦叶片生理生化的影响研究

摘    要:采用盆栽方式种植,研究冬小麦关键生育期不同程度水分胁迫对冬小麦叶片生理生化的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫使小麦光合性能下降,拔节初期土壤相对含水量在45%以下,拔节中期在55%以下时,光合速率随生育进程呈明显下降趋势,拔节期保持土壤相对含水量在65%~75%之间可使蒸腾速率适当降低,减少水分损耗。游离氨基酸含量随拔节期胁迫程度的加剧呈先上升后下降趋势,随生育进程的推进而下降,花后7、14、21d时,处理间差异较大,28d时,处理间差异较小且氨基酸含量较低。灌浆期水分胁迫可使叶片中游离氨基酸含量增加,但胁迫过甚,叶片中氨基酸含量在短暂上升后将快速下降。花后28d时,拔节期水分胁迫使花后叶片可溶性蛋白含量增加,灌浆期水分胁迫使叶片可溶性蛋白含量下降。

Abstract:A potted experiment is carried out to study the effect of different water stresses on the physiology and biochemistry of winter wheat at the critical growing stages.The results show that photosynthetic characteristics of leaves decrease under water stress,while relative soil water content is less than 45% at the early jointing stage and less than 55% at the middle jointing stage,photosynthetic rate has a significantly descending tendency with the growing process.Transpiration rate can be appropriately decre...
